Full Moon Meditation: Integrating Leo and Aquarius Energies
€5.99
The Full Moon on the Leo-Aquarius axis is one of the most revealing astrological events of the year, as it reveals a fundamental conflict: self-expression and personal power (Leo) versus social role, group expectations, and the idea of the common good (Aquarius). During such periods, it becomes especially clear where a person suppresses their individuality for the sake of acceptance, and where, conversely, they choose autonomy at the expense of intimacy, collaboration, or belonging.
This full moon can illuminate internal contradictions that are usually hidden under routine:
- where you live from a position of conformity rather than authenticity;
- where you devalue your voice, talent or desire to express yourself;
- where you try to be comfortable instead of being honest with yourself;
— where external evaluation is more important than internal agreement.
📌 When to do this meditation
This practice is especially effective during times when the Leo-Aquarius axis is activated by the Full Moon:
- in February , when the full moon occurs in Leo (the Sun is in Aquarius);
- in August , when the full moon occurs in Aquarius (Sun in Leo).
Thus, twice a year we have a natural astrological “access point” to the deep theme of balance between the individual and the collective.
🧿 Separately for those who have karmic nodes in Leo and Aquarius
If your Lunar Nodes are on the Leo-Aquarius axis (in any polarity: North/South or South/North), this practice can be especially valuable as a tool for regularly working through karmic issues. The Nodal axis in these signs is often associated with the transition:
— from dissolving in a group, living “according to the idea” or “for the sake of everyone” — to a personal voice, leadership and internal support;
— or from excessive fixation on one’s own recognition — to mature participation in a team, cooperation and service to meaning.
This meditation builds a bridge between the two strategies , helping us to maintain personal dignity without isolation and to feel connected to people without self-denial.
